Return & Refund Policy — Thefieryguy.com

All pieces are handmade, one-of-a-kind works of art. Due to the nature of handmade borosilicate glass, slight variations in color, shape, and size are expected and are not considered defects.

Damaged in shipping: If your piece arrives broken, contact us within 7 days of delivery at thefieryguy@outlook.com with photos of the damage and the original packaging. We will replace or refund at our discretion.

All sales are final on custom orders and one-of-a-kind pieces. We do not accept returns on undamaged items.

Non-custom items may be eligible for exchange within 14 days if returned in original condition and original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping.
